How should I design my own blogger template?

I mean I have seen so many pre-made templates at sites like freetemplates.blogspot.com and many others so I need to know what they use to make such templates for blogger and if ther any softwares available for template genration by idiots like me? I wanna make it because I want to be unique!Any help will be appriciated!Thanks in advance!

How should I design my own blogger template?
Copy your blog template code, put it in a notepad, then edit it using frontpage or dreamweaver or whatever you like. just make sure you do not disturb the tags for the blog parts to appear, like the posting , header or side panel.

After u will install it to the server u need ur blog site then u will be able to start a blog site ther.
