Are you referring to the blog flagger? You just click it to flag a site. Quite simple.
Reply:Do all of the above, AND read the Googlepedia, 2nd Edition, so you can have something in front of you (offscreen) to follow along with. Although the book isn't totally about blogging, that book helped me much more than all the other books about blogging.
Reply:First of all you should have a google account for starting google blogger.


1. Get a google account.


2. open www.blogger.com


3. Login to it.


4. Click on link to create a blog.


5. Other things are self explanatoy and google provides lot of help and tips online for better blogging.
