How do you use Google Blogger as a blog with your won URL?

It says I can do it, but after trying it, it would seem you need to install something on your own server. Well, this question might (or does) sound very unimformed, but if anybody knows how to use Google's Blogger for a personal site using your own URL, that would be great. Do I need a site to host software on or something?

You need to set your DNS server to point from www.yourdomain.com to yourblog.blogspot.com .

The easy way is to open a free www.everydns.net account, set your domain to use ns1.everydns.net, ns2.everydns.net, ns3.everydns.net and ns4.everydns.net . Then fill in the boxes under "Add new domain" and "Make domain a webhop to" and click on (advanced).
