How can GOOGLE ADSENSE allow blogger and soulcast.com to pay blog users? is there any backend program needed?

If I want to start something like blogger (with small scale), and I plan to pay the blog users. do i need to talk to GOOGLE ADSENSE for this kind of cooperation? is there any backend programming that needs to be done alongside GOOGLE ADSENSE staff??

bloggers probably use a sus account of blog hosting so adsense pay only the hosting owner and this pay the users.
Reply:Check out the AdSense module for the free PHP-based Drupal Content Management system. It has a feature for revenue sharing that is exactly what you're describing...

Reply:Some other thoughts... (1) each contributor to your site will need their own Google AdSense ID, which means they have to have their own website someplace else to get approved, and... Report It

Reply:(2) make sure you approve all submitted content before it goes "live", otherwise you run the risk of getting booted with no recourse or complaint, if somebody posts something that violates their terms of service. See this article...
