How to install a blogger layout ?

i want this layout for my blogger : http://www.blogskins.com/info/135441





But when i copy+paste it to my "edit template" box, it says:


We were unable to preview your template


Please correct the error below, and submit your template again.


Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed properly.


XML error message: Open quote is expected for attribute "{1}" associated with an element type "language".





i dont understand any of this.. im a newbie, help?!

How to install a blogger layout ?
Go into Dashboard.


Click on Layout.


Click on Edit HTML.


At the far left bottom under the template,


Click where it reads, "Revert to Classic Template"





You can then copy and paste the code, however you won't be able to use some of the functions of the new "blogger" system
Reply:It means that somewhere in there you added some html/xml (hypertext) or by copying and pasting whatever you added, you disturbed the hypertext.





Somewhere in there you have an unclosed command.





Commands look like this: %26lt;I%26gt;makes words into italics and then you need to close it like this%26lt;/I%26gt;





At the end you need to add in a closing command, represented by the %26lt;/and whatever character opened it%26gt;





bold = %26lt;B%26gt;word you want in bold, and close%26lt;/B%26gt;


I don't know what your open quote is - - -





when you add a link, you write


%26lt;A HREF="the url of what you want linked"%26gt;name of site and close%26lt;/A%26gt; Note that the url in there is inside quotation marks. Did you add something like that?
