How does someone get chosen as a "featured blogger" in 360?

does Yahoo! invite or request an individual to be a "featured blogger"?


i'm just wondering b/c some of the featured blogs are really boring or scarcely kept up at all. however, some of the links are really great.





is it random or does someone from Yahoo! review the 360 pages and find what they think are the "good ones"?
