I would suggest www.livejournal.com or www.typepad.com, but if you want to pay for a blog, why not consider making your own?





Yahoo Web Hosting charges $12.95 a month for a website with a free domain, and you can install WordPress for free. With your own website, you'd have FTP Access and 4 GB of space to host music, movies and your own goodies (assuming you would offer legal downloads of course.)





And to prove I'm not advertising, If $12.95 is too much, there's CHEAPER hosts out there than Yahoo as well that also offer PHP Access and still let you install your own blog. Search "Web Hosting" in a search engine, and offers of $5.00 a month or cheaper will pop-up almost everywhere.
