How do you link Yahoo 360 to blogger with RSS?

I have been trying for hours to link a blogger page to my Yahoo 360 page. Can't figure it out with either sites help pages.

How do you link Yahoo 360 to blogger with RSS?
The RSS Feeds feature in Yahoo! 360 is down. You are not doing anything wrong. They are aware of this issue. Hope they resolved this fast.
