myspace is using coldfusion and asp.net, see on file extensions that .cfm means that cold fusion, and aspx means that asp.net (different from asp),
orkut uses asp.net (again aspx extension)
most of google things like blogger, gmail.. etc. uses python, you can read a small text here about google and python: http://www.python.org/about/quotes/
Reply:Myspace is hosted on IIS, so I would guess they might use ASP/Microsoft SQL Server, although they DO use ColdFusion (you see a lot of *.cfm). Orkut and Blogger seem to be hosted on Linux with Apache, so they're probably in PHP.
Those might be totally wrong but they're probably on the right track.
