Well, Im on blogger, making ablog and stuff. and i wanna do the HTML to make it really cool. so i try putting it in there but it says i need a skin.I dont know wat a skin is and iwas wondering if i could make one myself. I know somewhat good HTML and a little CSS. If i cant, where can i get some?(besides the website.)
