Need help with BLOGGER Layout / Template?

I love blogging on blogger, but cannot find any great layouts. The only site i know of that offers alot of layouts is Pyzam.com ...and they dont have one i like. I have seen others blogs with great layouts. Can anyone tell me how to "steal" someone elses layout from their blog??
