do you know why i cant just open blogger.com?

Reply:1 - check out if your internet is working (try any other site).


2 - if your internet is working fine and you can browse other sites, try "ping blogger.com" from cmd and see if that works. If ping is not working, the site is down (unless ping is blocked on your machine).


3 - try adding the site into your trusted sites (on IE, this setting is in Internet Options -%26gt; Security).





blogger.com uses https and if thts disabled on IE, you may not be able to browse it. To check that, on IE go to Internet Options -%26gt; Advanced and check Use SSL and Use TLS check boxes, restart IE and try..





If all this doesn't work, I guess you need to find out your network administrator and bug him..
