Adsense positioning on Blogger - HELP!!?

I just made a blog on Google blogger and I want to make use of the free space columns on the left and right of my blogs with vertical banners but it doesnt give the option of placing an item there, can anybody help???????????? PLEASE

You use 3 columns templates.





From bloger choose Layout ---%26gt; Page elements.





Then click Add a page element then choose Adsense element . You should choose ads such 120X600 or 160X600.
