How to put pics in a pst (on blogger)?

I have taken a picture on the computer (by using print screen button) and edited it it paint, copied it, and tried to paste it into a post on my blogger without succes. is there any way of taking a pic on the computer, editing in paint, and putting it into a post somhow???

Just when you are saving your picture in paint, click "Save as" and choose JPEG
