How do I put in a different background in my Blogger blog?

I would like to use a different background for my blog at Blogger. Namely this one: http://i222.photobucket.com/albums/dd70/...





But Blogger works with templates, and I suck at handling those. Could someone tell me how to do this? Where exactly in the template do I put the code? And which code would I use then exactly?
