Yes, you can place a meta tag description in your blogger's blog. Follow these steps...


1. Login to Blogger (I assumed that you are using Blogger Beta that integrates Google Account with your Blogger account)


2. Click on "Layout" of the blog you want to edit.


3. Click on "Edit HTML"


4. Place the meta tag in the head section and Click on "Save"

If the class defined for the division holding the navbar is

is present





otherwise add it in the css code.





add the display:none as the style property for the class..

your navbar will be hidden

Hi, you know that thing on top of your blogger blog that allows you to flag or go to the next blog? I see some blogs don't have them. How do you take that away?

Some blogs are really rude, I think blogger should ban those, who's with me?

The most obnoxious blog ever bashed my friends blog (who's a really good writer) down in a recent post. I read the whole thing and it's really too rude and not even funny. I wrote to blogger.com but they said they couldn't do anything about it. Who thinks these blogs written by these pricks should be suspended?

I really recommend going with a blog that is totally moderated. So when you use it, and people RESPOND, you can delete their content before it appears at the website.

There are always going to be rude people, and they do have a right to express themselves as they wish, it is just words. If the words are not true, they will fall away with time, dont even worry about it.

How to have an index page for blogger?

on a few blogs i've seen this. when you type in the url there's this blank page with only an image on it and when you click on the image you come to the main blog with entries. i know it's some sort of coding, maybe javascript, but as far as i know blogger doesn't allow you to have multiple pages eg. blah.blogspot.com/index. can you provide me with a description of how to do this?

One way you can do it is attach labels to each post and display the list of labels on the sidebar.
